For your appointment,

Upon arrival at
the warehouse,
bring your books to the BookTrade counter

Your books will be sorted
according to our pricing categories A-D (assorted, general, bestseller, manga/comics/special) and weighed accordingly

Your BKC credits will be logged on
your BKC membership passbook.
You can immediately go inside the store to shop for books as you wish, and use BKC credits to claim. If you do not consume all BKC credits, you can still use them in the future

Notes:
- Your BKC credits are valid throughout the duration of your membership.
- As a member, you can trade in books for unlimited number of times throughout the year.

How to join?

*Accumulate at least ₱1,500 (for Basic Plan) or ₱5,000 (for VIP plan). Normal rate is ₱3,000 after May 31, 2024.
Books NOT accepted for trade in:
- Directories and Personal Use Books:
- Phone directories
- Address books
- Journals and notebooks
- Used Activity and Coloring Books:
- Used activity books, sticker books
- Partially or fully colored coloring books
- Damaged and Contaminated Books:
- Books with significant water damage
- Books with missing pages or severe cover damage
- Books with any signs of mold, mildew, or infestation (e.g., termites)
- Others:
- Used preschool to high school textbooks
- Preschool to high school textbooks over 5 years old
Other terms:
- BKC points are only for books per kilo and can’t be used for retail books
- BKC points cannot be converted to cash and are non-transferable
